He would never take it in the first place for fear it would have an adverse effect.
Golf's different to a lot of sports. A few muscles here and there help, but you don't want to be twitching like Barry Bonds when you're tiddling a 4 footer down the slope for par.

Who says that?
Golf probably has the least drug problems of almost any sport. It also is one of the best examples of sportsmanship and etiquette of any sport.
You think..when a player grounds his club to putt and the wind blows the ball less than a mm, pretty much every player will call that himself and incur a shot penalty.
A few years ago, Montgomerie was seen to have placed his ball (after a storm) a couple of inches away from where it was before the storm. This tiny misjudgement was one of the biggest scandals in the game for the past 10 years.

Your anecdotal evidence is very, very weak. Surely you can come up with something more convincing than that.

Player is probably senile in his old age just making things up.

Seriously though. I'm the exact same age as Tiger and consider myself to be in decent shape. If you look at pictures of me at 21 years old, I look like a skinny little kid, almost a different person. This doesn't seem to be any freakish growth like Bonds where his head actually grew four sizes.

Oh, I never said that Tiger did it. I'm just saying that golf isn't necessarily beyond the pale in terms of PEDs.
