I am trying to send one, but it is just staying in my outbox and never showing up in my Sent Messages.

Can the other party get it if it just stays in the outbox?

I sent it at 9pm EST last night, and I just deleted it to send another (10:20am EST)....and the new one is now in the Outbox folder too.

if it's in your outbox that means the person hasn't read it yet. it's in their inbox, they just haven't openned it.

while it's in your outbo (and unread) you can unsend it.
