Well, libertarianism is a continuation of classical liberalism, and both Kant and Hume are classical liberals...
One can claim Non-Agression Principle that many libertarians love can be deduced from Kant thoughts of what is a moral or immoral action.

They are only classical liberals in narrow senses of the definition, though, as in regarding natural rights, empiricism, common law, and so on ... to say they would support libertarian political philosophy is another matter.
