'Smells Like Kissing Nirvana's Ass'

I'm so glad they didn't pick like the really obvious Pearl Jam ones...

And since when was House of Pain, 'Jump Around' rock music?

The list seems to be true to a radio format, not a music genre.

Looking at this list there were only a handful of bands making music in the 90's.

This gives you a bit of an idea of what Modern Rock Radio sounds like up here in the Cold, White North.

i'd agree with that. not better than "Let Down," "Teeth Like God's Shoeshine," or some other songs that I didn't see ahead of it. but yeah, i'd take it over "Hurt" any day of the week.

Yea I seriously can't remember the last time one of these kinds of lists was published (be it for songs or movies) where the overwhelming majority of people thought that at least half the list just sucked out loud.

For the record, as much as I dig Nirvana, Come As You Are was actually easily one of my least fave tunes of theirs. The few times I've got the radio on in the car and that plays, I go right to the next channel.

And, wow. Before even the first PJ song, you've got 2 Sublime songs, 2 The Tragically Hip songs, and 1 Our Lady Peace song.

I hate to use an internet buzz phrase but.... wow. Just... wow  That's one scary fuckin radio station.

I'm more surprised at how many of those songs I've never heard

Do you think we will ever get a universal list that we all agree on  I think the day that happens, the world will implode.
