My ass it is. Nothing is restricted. Fuck that board and their regulations. I see something like that and my blood boils. 40 years ago myself and a couple of the boys would fuck that shit up. I've had that before.. just after login in.. got a fright I'd been banned again, but just clicking on whatever link I was after always cleared it.
I think it's used when you try to access the forum whilst not being a 10c member or something along those lines.
