I'll still buy it the day it comes out, when it comes to my favorite band I like to have the artwork and the actual cd, plus the concert downloads(even though I could get those in the same manner I got the album,) and I will buy it just to support the band.

I already pre-ordered this thing from 10C on both CD and vinyl.
But with 10C shipping times being as lame as they are into Canada (4 weeks) i'll likely buy a CD in stores as well. Yup i'm a sucker.
So 2-3 copies to go along with the download.

and check out the tshirt they talked about. if i dont like, ill head over to the local record store cause they always have some sort of give away on the release date.

Already pre ordered it.
There is a small "ma and pa" store (literally, dude wears a superman t shirt, matching belt buckle, and vest and talks about his mother all the time) that i'll go to. he gets shit ton of promo stuff, posters and whatever else. So i like to support his store, ill go over there and maybe by the vinyl, or another copy, just cause he's good to me. Whats nice about a store like that is if they dont have an album in stock he will writ eyour name down..order it and get it in for you. Really cool. And i get some cool pictures/posters promo stuff.
usually ends up in the garbage but...i got a sweet replacements poster from him.

I keep meaning to get a turntable, but I'm a bit intimidated by all the albums I absolutely love that I'd have to buy again to get the "full experience."

This was the first time that I have ever listened to a leak.
However, I feel perfectly justified in doing so considering the fact that I have already pre-ordered the Vinyl (which, after shipping, cost me $27.48.) Plus, I am a completist and enjoy having a compact disc library so I will very likely end up buying a copy in that format from my local independent record store.

I would call you guys the worst consumers ever for buying both the vinyl and CD versions of Backspacer but instead Pearl Jam is the worst band ever for not including a CD/download with the vinyl.
