I've downloaded a few shows using Azureus, but now I keep getting this message that says

LIkely network disconnect/reconnect: Repairing 1 selector, 2 keys. If you get this message repeatedly (which I do), and you are sure there is nothing wrong with your network setup, and you are running java 1.4 series, then you have liekly encountered a JRE bug, and should upgrade to the newer java 1.5 (5.0) series.

So where do I get my hands on the 5.0 series? How do I check to make sure my network setup is cool? Thanks for any help!

(uh.. also, i'm having trouble deleteing the two second delay between songs with my CD burning software, is there a downloadable program anyone can suggest?
