they've been a business since setting up their tour for yield.

in a thread a long time ago, someone spoke about pj touring practices as it came from an inside person close to the band and they acknowledged this - that the band did not make dolla dolla bills on a tour pre 1998. 1998 was deliberate, not just some conciliatory gesture towards the bypassed fans. 2004 onwards attests to this, as they've bypassed the south's major cities
