OK, let's see how well some of you know your teams' history. Construct a roster of your team's greatest players. Here's what I think would be proper guidelines depending on the sport:
--Football: Just a starting lineup should be OK, though you could list some honorable mentions if you want to. --Baseball: Eight hitting positions (nine if your team has a DH), a four or five man rotation, and at least one notable reliever. --Basketball: Full roster (12 for the NBA, is it the same for college?)
I don't know the rosters of other sports (hockey, soccer) well enough, so experts there can come to your own consensus.

Here's what I'd say for the Broncos:
QB: John Elway RB: Terrell Davis RB: Floyd Little WR: Rod Smith WR: Ed McCaffrey TE: Shannon Sharpe LT: Ryan Clady (yes, I'm dead serious) LG: Mark Schlereth C: Tom Nalen RG: Ben Hamilton RT: Gary Zimmerman
DE: Rulon Jones DT: Rubin Carter DE: Trevor Pryce LB: Randy Gradishar LB: Karl Mecklenburg LB: Al Wilson LB: Tom Jackson CB: Champ Bailey CB: Darien Gordon (for returning purposes) S: Steve Atwater S: Dennis Smith (I don't think using Lynch or Dawkins would be fair )

Yeah, but Cy Young never won a Cy Young Award, so he can't be that great.
