His next is The Killer Inside Me, an old crime/noir-ish novel in which he plays a small town deputy sheriff in the 1950s and is a sociopath.

There are some images down below. Looks like an eerie atmospheric noir movie from the 1950s. Awesome.

Total ditto. Wasn't expecting to like it, but really loved Gone Baby Gone.

Yeah precisely, but i will gladly see Gone Baby Gone again. I kind of reminded me of a Clint Eastwood movie. I hope i'm not gonna get lynched by the Movie Mob now.

Oh shit man I didn't even know this was getting adapted! Someone gave me this book for my birthday like 8 years ago and I loved it. He's quite the interesting choice for that.
