Is anyone else sick of seeing this commercial during every single commercial break of the NCAA Tourney on CBS? This movie looks awful. It looks like an edited soft-porn. Whoever thought that this movie would be a hit should be fired.

hahhaha...as I was reading this thread that commercial came one...I think it is hi-larry-us that there are like 132 sharks just swimming around off the coast line and spring breakers still manage to find themselves in a situation...didn't they wake up and look out to the ocean in the moring??

I think this looks so horridly bad that it will be hilarious. I'm going to have to check it out. Obviously no marine biologists were consulted for this.

Who would watch this movie on TV? The only way this movie could have merit would be if all the girls showed titties.

Wasn't there even a clip of a girl pulling up her shirt to show her bathing suit to a "Bad Girls" video crew? Weak!

Thank God it doesn't start until Arrested Development is over.

Yes, I watched it. It turned into a laugh a minute. My favorite parts were when a shark would bite someone and then a blood-geyser would erupt. Simply fantastic.

Simply unbelievable.

My other favorite parts:
When the guy chugged a beer...apparently to forget about his friend who just died...and spilt about half of it down his chest. That's what you get when you sip rum and Cokes at your fancy-smancy acting school instead of binge drinking like normal college students.
When the same guy listed above walked up to a girl at a bar and said, "Hey, do you wanna hook up later?" It amazes me that this is how the writers of this movie think people my age act...and then I felt sad because people my age do act like this.
When the guy got speared in the shoulder and the chick pulled it out, I yelled, "You're supposed to leave it in!" After this my friend Nate said, "That's what she said."
The whole thing about how sharks won't attack you if you don't move...I saw Jurassic Park...don't try to steal that shtick.
Also, throughout pretty much the whole thing I was thinking about the episode of Seinfeld when George pretends to be a marine biologist (entitled, appropriately, "The Marine Biologist").

"Is anyone here a marine biologist???"

Don't forget about the girl at the end getting lowered into the water with about 100 sharks and somehow knew how to repair that wierd equipment and save the day.

I also got a great laugh at the girl getting grabbed off of the dock.
Not as great as the shark grabbing the wind-surfer, though.

The turtles with their heads bitten off was absurd.

If I didn't watch it with my friends I probably would have turned it off. One of my friends laughed so much he's looking to purchase it.

Watched it and loved it
Someone aboved mentioned the part where if you dont move the shark wont eat you and how that was stolen for Jurrasic park. I thought the exact same thing. One of the best bad movies i have ever seen.
