How long before pearl jam will be up for this?

Whom might be appropriate presenters?

Can you picture yourself making the trek to Cleveland for this affair?

Isn't it 20 years from the relese of the band's first album?

The induction isn't even in Cleveland.

Isn't that lame?

It is 25. I thought they were going to move the inductions to Cleveland. Either they never did or they moved them back to NYC. I don't know what deal with that is. Probably Cleveland has a serious lack of decent concert halls.

The only appropriate presenters I see are Pete Townsend and Neil Young.

I agree PT and the Who would probably be the leading candidates for the induction. Maybe Bob Dylan as well as Eddie and Mike helped induct him.

Don't you want to wait and see what kind of cool band pops up and cites Pearl Jam as an influence.

NOTE: Creed & Maroon 5 do NOT count. I said "cool" band.

Ben Harper is a possibility.

The actual R & R HOF in Cleveland is worth a visit if you get the chance

what about the drummer situation? Who will accept? What are we on, 4th or 5th?

Van Halen dealt with a little chaos over the DLR and SH situation. they both went.

It could get interesting.

I'm thinking that they get inducted as the line-up listed in the Ten liner notes, but I don't really know. And that line-up doesn't necessarily have to be the line-up at the induction ceremony.

25 years before they get inducted? That means it won't be until 2016.. Something to look forward to I guess :)

I just hope they induct Rush first by then! There are some Rolling Stone Editors who hate them.
