The person you're sending it to, I think. That's what I do. Your number should print automatically when they receive it.

I've always wondered the same thing - perhaps if you dial the wrong number the people on the other end can confirm that you suck at faxing by checking what you wrote?

that was always my impression. That way if it is misdirected, they can forward it on to the correct location. although most cover sheets i have dealt with include a line for both the sender, and reciever.
