I had some issues with my computer a week ago so i just redid the whole thing but this time installed some antui-virus stuff along with it. I downloaded partypoker with no problem but i can't download pokerstars for some reason. This is the error message i get.

"This instillation program is corrupt. This is usually caused by a faulty download but it can also be caused by a virus on your computer. Delete the corrupted installer(to prevent caching), then redownload it."

I just did a virus check and didn't find any so i'm confused

Keep in mind that i'm a computer moron so if anybody has any suggestions please tajke it easy with the lingo and terms since i will most likely have no idea what you're talking about.

when you attempted to d/l pokerstars did you select 'open' or 'save?'

i tried them both, which one should i do?

try saving it to your desktop and opening it from there.


if that doesn't work then uninstall partypoker then try it.

I used netscape to download pokerstars and it worked. i guess i'm not that dumb afterall
