they need to go back to the old ways of doing fan club tickets because this is crap.
Their website sucks and cant handle the traffic and they know it and they still allow these presales to happen.

i cant imagine how people who have been in the club 10-20 years now feel.
i have been in for 16 years now and its rediculous to know that someone from where ever who has been in the club 4 months probably got tickets to a boston show
I agree. I'd rather send in my money order like I did in the old days. Less stress.
Although, after pulling my hair out for the first Philly pre-sale last year and not getting any tickets. I got tickets right away on the second Philly pre-sale, and was very relieved and happy with the 10c. I got show 4.
Regardless, it is ridiculous and causes a lot of fans unneeded stress while at work.

they can't do it the old way because there are more people intersted in going to shows than there are slots. The old way only had you getting fan club tickets to one show.
Having said that, server issues are nevertheless inexcusable.
