This is nice (well, sad to see him go), but the Dems are still not gaining any ground, per se, just restocking. In fact, the Dems are one justice away from being in the minority.

R's would be smart to accept Obama's nomination (or at least, not filibuster). that way, they can say "hey we're bipartisan." just my opinion from a completely W/L standpoint.
