Andyslash mentioned this in last nights show thread, so i looked over the sets, and unless i missed somehting then every show did have atleast 1 song unique to themselves. NOLA - So you wanna be a rock and roll star, Tremor Christ KC - No More, Gods Dice, MFC STL - All Night Columbus - Oceans, Marker in the Sand Noblesville - Back to Indiana , Ben ( did anyone ever say if it was a tag or full song?) Cleveland - Wash, Sleight of Hand Buffalo - No Way, Light Years, Unemployable, Fatal, Last Kiss, Fuckin Up Bristow - All Those Yesterdays , Blood, Sonic Reducer Hartford - Satan's Bed, Gonna See My Friend, Speed of Sound, Aint Talkin Bout Love Boston - Sad, Undone, Red Mosquito, Bee Girl, Rival, Soldier of Love, Crown of Thorns NJ - Brother, Leatherman, Footsteps, Jersey Girl MSG1 - Breakerfall, I Am Mine, Mankind, I Believe in Miracles MSG2 - Breath, Im Open, Black Red Yellow, Sweet Lew, Hunger Strike
if they are going to continue with shorter, month or so long legs of their tours, then i hope they continue to do this, they have so many less often played songs that i think they can always give each show on the tour somehting special.
very cool

Yeah, if we get short, 10 to 15 date tours from now on, I'm all in favor of that if it means they really start mixing things up. Even if they're not perfect and the versions of certain songs aren't that tight, it'd be great to see them take more chances.

That is impressive, although its easier considering the amount of shows on the leg was not that many, and the catalogue is so massive.
which will probably be the case for most of the tours for some time to come with everyone being married with kids and stuff, so i like the special feeling, i mean you know MSG will be special every time they play there, but the people who went to the jazz fest got 2 songs that msg didnt, so they got something of their own

The short tours arent bad, if you live in an area they normally hit up on their tours, your still probably going to get them every 2-3 years in your area. It's not that different than when they would do a mega tour for 9 months or whatever, and then take a year or two off. I know people in the south probably dont like it, and I dont blame them, but for the west and east coast, Europe, and even Australia, it's not bad.

Awesome.
Two minor points:
- Already confirmed Ben just the normal tag on Rats, if that even counts as a tag.
- Alone was also played in Newark as well as Columbus.
But that's really cool, and yes, a really nice way to make each city feel as if they saw something special, even if they didn't go to a Boston/NY show.

i was impressed with So You Want To Be a Rock Star. maybe it was just the weird opener, but its sounded pretty good.
I think it's a pretty cheap cover. Jeff just plays root notes instead of the up-and-down bass parts on the original recording. Those bass parts make the song IMO, so no thanks.

only problem with that... is if you want to buy a boot with every song played youll have to get every show $$$$$ LOL
that was what, 45 songs played only once?
Sad, Satans Bed, Gonna See My Friends, Red Mossie, Breakerfall, I Am Mind, Miracles should all be played more often.
thats true, so possibly its a money making scheme by PJ LOL
though, with our trading community, im sure you could buy the boot for the show or shows you went to, and use them to trade for the rest of the shows from the tour. thats how i would do it if i was still collecting, but im down to only getting the boots for the shows i was at
