So both of my parents think that this single girl they know is my type. I've met her once briefly and we talked for 5 minutes. She is pretty hot and nice (at least from the 5 minutes we spoke). But this has disaster written all over it. GD seemed like the logical place to come for advice on this.

Christian, non-denominational. They go to one of those "big box" churches. She doesn't and neither do I, though. Not that it makes any difference.

And another thing, my dad really thinks strongly of this. Usually he wouldn't care one way or the other and suggest that I not let my mom set me up.
