Maybe I missed an earlier thread on this, but the last I remember I saw was just an artist's rendering of link standing next to some type of angel or spirit, and people thought it might be the Master Sword come to life.
There's video now...first I've seen of it today and I'm pumped.

Yeah, I'm sold. The combination of the cell shaded and realistic art styles really works it looks like. I just hope they mix up the story structure a little bit.

Personally, I liked the Wind Waker more than Twilight Princess because it was different so this looks like it could incorporate both. Good stuff. 2011 is a bummer though.

It looks quite good, but the new Donkey Kong Country that pumped me!

By the way, cant they add the option of left-handed Link? I mean, Link has always been a lefty, now that we lefty could finally play a lefty chararcter as lefties, they make him right-handed only. Just put a mirror option!

I'm glad the whip made into this game - it was pretty cool in Spirit Tracks. I like the looks of that remote control grabbing thing.
They promised a Zelda overhaul 2 years ago. This certainly wasn't it.
Let's keep in mind that they said hardly anything about the mission structure, dungeons, storyline, or anything involving the strategy. It was purely a gameplay demonstration and I doubt they would unveil any groundbreaking stuff quite yet for a game that's not out until next year.

OK so it's "been there, done that" and it's "not an overhaul" and it's "OOT part 4."
And I'm OK with that. I effing love Zelda.
New missions, new Hyrule overworld, new temples, some new weapons/items...I'm pumped.
If you ask me, the new Mario Galaxy game was basically a continuation of the first Mario Galaxy game. Nothing much new there...but I'm still thoroughly enjoying it. I'm expecting more "changes" in the new Zelda game compared to Twilight Princess, relatively speaking. Zelda and Mario are the reason I still buy Nintendo consoles, not XBox.
Thanks also for the Donkey Kong mention...didn't catch that before, gonna check that out.
