Has anyone heard this bootleg? It's on somebody's iTunes here at work and I see that it has tracks from the yield sessions. Like Given to Fly has Ed mumbling the chorus before he starts singing. I guess my question is, are these Yield demos? Do more exist? Or are they just audio rips from SVT?

Why don't you try getting it from the guy at your work, and share it with us. I'm sure we'll figure out what it is.

Well after I posted this, I gave it a listen. It sounds really good. But then listened to All Those Yesterdays. And in the middle of the song I can hear cars and other noise that are a lot like the intro to Single Video Theory. So thats what I think its from, the songs are something like:
ATY,
Faithful
GTF,
Wishlist
In Hiding
Evolution
If anyone knows this off the top of their heads, at the end of Wishlist on SVT, do Eddie and Stone talk about the "neutron bomb sound?"
There is also an unreleased studio version of U, whose origin baffles me.
I've heard rumors for years of supposed Yield demos, but never seen what tracks there were, just that they existed.
Audio rips of SVT are pretty easy to come by, be it something somebody did on their own, or the more common 'Six Audio Theories' collection that you can snag off the DC++ hub.

I know thats why I was so excited when I saw them, but also its just a SVT rip. I remember downloading the audio rips off an italian site awhile back, I lost the CD but remember liking it.

Holy shit, this started well before Backspacer hysteria.
Interesting indeed. I remember getting in on this gmail action.
