Thai Spring Rolls, yep they kick ass

My local pub hired a new cook. A new appy concoction is Irish Springs Rolls (not official name due to inherent pun) but sauerkraut and corned beef with some other spice dashes wrapped in a light rice flour wrapper are superb.
