Can we please share ideas on how to make vegetables good? I've been having a hard time eating my greens lately (except for salad).

Adding them in soup bases seems to be a good method for me thus far.

I did find a good way to cook broccoli. I put some sesame oil in a fry pan, get it hot, then cook the broccoli very quickly (a minute at most in the oil). It makes it hot but crunchy. Add some garlic or red pepper flakes to the sesame oil, and it is very good.

yes, the majesty of sesame oil and red pepper flakes is not to be questioned

i also recommend doing the same thing with aspargus...sauted in sesame oil and season with just S&P

i highly recommend turning root vegetables into some kind of soup...saute until tender with whatever flavor you like (i really like a curry/cumin combo), add stock, blend, and add cream
