Does anyone know if anyone ever scanned the pages from this and shared them online?

Shouldn't be too hard to find a copy, as I hear they're just reaching the eastern coast of Canada now.

As do I...I wish they had done this for every tour...it's great just to browse through and decide which show you want to indulge in next.

I keep the 2003 tour in a big binder and when I finally collected them all I sought out a copy of this book to keep in the front pocket. I also have the "buy bootlegs after the show" fliers that they put on people's cars at the 2003 shows.

Sounds so easy, but I sure wouldn't want to do it. Probably explains why people are always offering to buy these rather than people offering to scan them. They are small and the binding makes it tough to get flat enough for copying or scanning- unless you want to break the binding. That might work.
