I was that kid in grade school that all the other kids gave their vegetables to..I dont know what to tell you...I keep the fridge stocked with celery, broccoli and cauliflower...eat them raw or even dip them in blue cheese or ranch

I did find a good way to cook broccoli. I put some sesame oil in a fry pan, get it hot, then cook the broccoli very quickly (a minute at most in the oil). It makes it hot but crunchy. Add some garlic or red pepper flakes to the sesame oil, and it is very good.

yes, the majesty of sesame oil and red pepper flakes is not to be questioned
i also recommend doing the same thing with aspargus...sauted in sesame oil and season with just S&P

asparagus and uncooked spinach are by far my favorite vegetables

i highly recommend turning root vegetables into some kind of soup...saute until tender with whatever flavor you like (i really like a curry/cumin combo), add stock, blend, and add cream
