The only thread I saw is for the UM-OSU classic, so I thought I would start one. I am a big Michigan fan, second only to Major League Baseball. I am really looking forward to seeing Rich Rod's new offense this season. I went to the spring game this year, and Robinson got really big. And more decisive. Who is all in for Michigan this year?
Lets Go Blue!

Tell me, why do you like Michigan? What does Michigan stand for, to you? I mean, really, let's talk about the admirable qualities of a football team here. I'm a big, big fan of their work--specifically, playing football. Michigan really stands out in my mind as the most footbally football team in the nation. Much more footbally than Ohio State. That's why I'm a fan. Why would I have to go to that school or live in Michigan to be a fan of the Michigan football team? Isn't it obvious?

givintoofli, I'm begging you, please tell me how you became a UM fan, even though you at least for some time resided in Columbus, Ohio.
I am originally from Toledo, Ohio, so I can literally walk to the Michigan border. It's about 50/50 here. I moved to Columbus because my wife finished med school at OSU. Great City, horrible fans. On Saturdays, the city literally has a crew that locks all the dumpsters within a 5 mi radius of campus, because win or lose, the bros are gonna set them on fire and pound natty light. Wanna make an easy hundred bucks in Columbus? Walk down greek row at 11 am on a Sunday. There are beer cans EVERYWHERE. The bums love that shit.
My whole family is UM fans, so I guess I grew up with it. I also was banging a chick in Ann Arbor a few years ago and got to go to a game. That was totally nuts. So many people, I was a little freaked out. And I have been to festivals.
