I like my soft cheeses. I had a brief love for epoisses before some fool put it in the fridge and it came out covered in what looked like fly eggs. So i can't eat that anymore. I also don't like these cheeses that have fruit inside.

24 or 32 months is the real deal. The same goes for Grana Padano. It also varies greatly from one producer to the other. I'm buying it only in Italy (it's less than a half hour drive from me). The kind they export tends to be very bland.

No not Parma, Italy . Triest is the closest city to me.
