... Vedder?

Quote:
Hmm... I don't know. I'm a homebody. I'm on chemotherapy for cancer, and I have two more treatments. When I get done with those and I have my strength back, I'll see what I can do. I love spending time with my grandchildren, and I'm looking forward to spending even more time when I'm retired. I have one son, and he's blessed me with four grandchildren: Vedder (named after Eddie Vedder from the band Pearl Jam), Kylie, Jaybo and Anna. I play with dolls with one of my granddaughters, and Power Rangers with another.

No.

My kid's already not happy that he's named after a black man in jail for murder, see Tyler by UB40. Naming him after a washed up singer would most likely be the straw that broke the kid's back.

I might name him Eddie, but definitely not Vedder.

Cameron would be a good name for a boy or a girl.

I remember years and years ago at the pit there was a guy saying he named his son Vedder. Even the Synergy folks thought it was too much... I seriously hope it's the same one.

I hate fad and pop culture names. Vedder would certainly fall into that.

I agree. Although I would consider naming my son Leatherman.

I would consider changing my last name to Ledbetter. That would be cool.

id consider using Pearl as a middle name for a daughter. My Mum's name is margaret which means pearl - and my name is a welsh variant of margaret... so the shoe fits :)

peace
