Call me crazy, but I want to believe that at some point I had seen that someone had posted some sort of template or general guidelines for printing the cardstock for the boots. Does that sound right? Anyone have any ideas?

Something like this.

The work is mainly around the cut and past employment. Open a blank document inMSWord. Click on Mailing Labels in the section tool. Select
label in the list. Then click "New Document"and a blank page opens with lines drawn for the selected label.

I asked directly to Kufala for PJ packaging years ago. And they were able just to sell blank packagings.

Right now we are not selling the PJ packaging on it's own, and we do not provide packaging services for individuals only for artists. Hopefully we will issue some of the archive shows on CD but that has yet to be determined. We do have blank packaging which we could sell you and you can print your own stickers to put on them. They are about $1.00 a piece if you order 50 of them, plus shipping.
