I hate that Activision completely fucked over Infinity Ward after they made a few billion dollars for them, but Treyarch is pretty solid and that looked cool. I have a feeling every Call of Duty game that comes out from here on out is gonna suck. they want to rush them out with other studios now.

Yeah, this will be interesting. I will rent this and try out the multiplayer just to see how it measures up. It'll take a lot to make me ditch MW2, but a few simple features (mute all FTW) and tweaks to perks/killstreaks could make me want to switch.

I know I'm in the minority on this, but I think the air raids and bombings almost ruin the multi-player experience in MW2.

you really aren't. Plenty of people agree with you. It's a bit frustrating to have an enemy chopper gunner, harrier and a barrage of predator missiles coming one after the other. It's pretty fun to clear buildings while my pavelow supports me from above, though.

Yeah, but airstrikes aren't all that effective, and Pavelows etc.. only suck if you're not the one calling them in. It'd suck if they got rid of the air-based stuff.

Going by the experience of MW2, I'll say PS3. Xbox has been absolutely plagued by hacks and the PC experience hasn't been much better. Depends on what Treyarch brings to the table, I guess.

Plus, if you're only buying a console for limited online I would go with the PS3 because it is free. If you plan to play online a lot I would say 360.
