Asking this for someone who wants to know: "do you happen to know the names of places in Hawaii that appear in Oceans video? I would like to know the waterfall (?) place where the guy disappears diving between stones."

That's the place my wife and I visited in 2008, as soon as I saw it I recognized it as the place from the 'Oceans" video where Dave A. dives of the cliff (I did the same) and Stone goes down the waterfall.
I don't know the name of the place, but we went there with "Hike Maui". They have photos of the place here;
If you ever go to Maui "Hike Maui" is awesome, we had Kristan as our guide and we did the Kayak / hike trip.

There are roughly 10 billion little pools and waterfalls in east Maui and most aren't named. Most are also private and/or difficult to access.
The Hike Maui thing looks interesting. I have always enjoyed making the drive along the road to Hana, doing some walking back away from the road seems like a great idea.

If I remember correctly, there's someone wearing a Cow's Ice Cream t-shirt in the video. Cow's being an ice cream company in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island, Canada!

Maui is just an AMAZING island. When my wife & I visited there for our honeymoon, I thought to ask. I did not think that anyone would know where, I always look back and think we should have. Since we are talking Maui, go to Haleakala. What a great place, it looks like Mars, here is a site for a Bike Ride down the Mt. We took a hike instead.
