What it is: The RM Interview Series is a way to get to know other members of the board and hopefully bring the community together a bit. Every few days or so, a new interview will start and an old interview will be locked and archived. Please try to keep this thread only about the person being interviewed. When it's your turn, you're welcome to talk about yourself as much as you want.

How it works: All questions and answers will stay in this stickied thread; all questions are optional however. When interest in the current person begins to die down, they will then choose (via PM) the next person to be interviewed. The person will also PM a mod to get the new interview started.

This is supposed to be fun! Hopefully there will be a mix of both serious and humorous questions (and answers!)

What is your favorite fast food joint?

What do you usually order there?

I think your name is one of the best on the board. Do you share this feeling?

Thankee, sai.
The Fresh Prince wrote:

I don't always eat fast food, but when I do, I prefer Sonic.

Double w/ cheese, tots, cheddar peppers, vanilla coke.

I'm a big fan, yes.

IF this is happening, I'm probably not enjoying it. At least not as muich as the other guy. In that case, I'd probably just go ahead and do whatever he prefered; whatever made him feel best. Hell, I mean, if I've already gone this far...

Swallowing is way more sanitary just so you know. There's little microcuts on your lips that can catch any infection he might have,

Should the Hobbit movie be made in NZ or in Australia? bloody unions are ruining it down there.

What Spike said. Thanks, Spike.

Why can't they just go back and film in Middle Earth like the last three?

Born in Red Hook, Brooklyn, in the year of who knows when
Opened up his eyes to the tune of an accordion
Always on the outside of whatever side there was
When they asked him why it had to be that way, "Well," he answered, "just
because."

I am a playwright. I also work at Studio 54 to actually, you know, make money and pay bills.
rafa_garcia18 wrote:

I love writing. It's my heart. 54 is touch and go. I don't mind the job itself as much as I mind the hordes of stupidiy that parade my lobby each and every day. But difficult people are just a fact of life, especially in a city like New York. So.. overall, I'd rate my job satisfaction at about 7 of 10.
rafa_garcia18 wrote:

The honest answer to this question is, unfortunatly, ... who? I've not heard Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. I do like Arcade Fire. Though, if I'm being completely honest, and not playing for points... I think they're a bit overrated. But I haven't heard their latest effort.
rafa_garcia18 wrote:

1. The Catcher In The Rye. A lame, obvious answer, perhaps, but I didn't even like reading until I picked this one up. I've been an avid reader since. This one changed everything for me.

2. The Handmaid's Tale. Margaret Atwood is my favorite author. She wrecks me in the best possible way, and this was the first of her masterpieces that I picked up, so it gets the nod here.

3. The Giver. It's a perfect book.
rafa_garcia18 wrote:

I would like to have complete conscious control over any and all bodily functions at will. I'm not saying I want to have to consciously think about breathing and such. My body would still do all of it's normal functions without me having to control them. But let's say I wanted to speed up my metabolism, all I'd have to do is think about it and it would happen. Or if I caught a cold, I could think it away. I could kill any cancer that begins to grow in my cells. Things like that. I figure that would be pretty handy and make my life better.
rafa_garcia18 wrote:

No.

I'll try anythying once. I feel that's a good philosophy to have. I mean, that's basically how I learned I loved eating chicken feet.
rafa_garcia18 wrote:

I know of many other languages; such as Italian, French, Spanish and Latin - to name just a few. I can not, however, speak nor write any of them. I took three years of Spanish in high school, and my wife is fluent. She's trying to teach me, but it's hard. Some day...
rafa_garcia18 wrote:

I think I'm pretty civil. I prefer getting along with people and I don't hold grudges.
rafa_garcia18 wrote:

Yes. I'm actively doing something I love and I have a person in my life who is my best friend, partner and soul mate. I don't want for much. I laugh a lot. I've got some great friends and a unique support system. Pretty much all I need is a dog and some nunchucks.

... and this paddle-ball game, and that's all I need.
