I'll be carving a pumpkin tonight with my gal and I'll likely convince her to let me try roasting the seeds. She won't eat them but that's okay.

Anyone have a good recipe?

i tried butter this time instead of oil, it was good, but too much like popcorn. I recommend sticking with oil.
