I just got over a flu now I have a cold

the gov'ment manufactures illness in prepackaged foods and the sprays they use on fruits and veg

I don't eat prepackaged foods, and I grow my own fruits and veg. I do get sick sometimes though. Does the gov'ment also manufacture illness in clothes from Old Navy? Cuz I got a lot of clothes from there.
