I mean, yeah I would. It's what you are supposed to do, right? Even if you aren't British. I once had to brief the Prime Minister of Australia (John Howard). He asked me a question and I addressed him as Mr. Prime Minister.

i think it's ridiculous you have to call her your majesty when we all agree the concept of monarchy is completely stupid. plus, it's in the street, it's not like i went in her house and harrassed her. in short, i wouldn't call her your majesty.
a prime minister is different, he actually did something to earn the title other than just being born into the right family.
