I've been having a lot of cornbread from that cheap powder mix topped with molasses for breakfast lately. That can't be healthy, right?

This reminds me, were you aware I cooked your stuffed pepper recipe. It was awesome. I made a few alterations in my original batch but stuck with what you had for the remainder and really enjoyed it. It went straight into my recipe book and dinner rotation.

Is southern cornbread different than northern cornbread? I've eaten it a lot, but am not exactly sure what it consists of.
