On this day in 1993, Pearl Jam lead singer Eddie Edder was arrested in New Orleans for public drunkiness.

Is it like a revelation to anybody else to realize that you can get arrested in NEW ORLEANS for public drunkenness? I always just assumed the legal limit there was .15 or something.

0.15% Norway (legal limit for other sea vessels)
