Some football team should change their jersey color to the exact same shade of brown as the football they play with. Play-action fakes will be much more effective.

We are getting turf for next year but as far as I know it's still going to be green. Plus our home jerseys are BLACK.

I have several for College Football
-add an "and 1" Championship game
- eliminate the automatic BCS bids for conference champions if they are not in BCS top 15
- cut the number of bowls by 10
- eliminate the rule that only two teams per conference can make a BCS game

MLB
- Instant Replay
- Allow the batter to step outside the box only once per at bat.

Not really revolutionary, but necessary.
