Anyone here like to work out? I work out. I do some light jogging, some sit ups and push ups. I like to do curls.
I am by no means a ripped, buff guy, I just like to stay healthy and as slender as I can be, ya know?
Anyway, anyone go to gym? Anyone feel like spotting me some day? Or do you just do it all like Rocky IV style and make up ways to work out, like helping some Russian citizen get his horse and wagon out of a thick pack of snow? I use my basement a lot.

I used to, up to like 4 years ago. Then I somehow became simultaneously more busy and more lazy. I also got a lot fatter. I picked it back up like 5 weeks ago and I'm feeling great.

You know who you remind me of? You remind me of Paul the Trainer guy. You and some others here. And you know something? I don't need that kind of negative feedback. You're just jealous that I'm on the brink of surpassing 3 miles on the treadmill, maybe by the end of the month.
You want to hear something deep, Paul? No pain, no gain.

my months of cultivation of a "paul the trainer" aesthetic has finally been noticed
