Post subject: ISO: David Letterman performances DVD

Is there a dvd in circulation of all the DL appearances combined? It would make a mighty fine dvd. It'd include 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004 and 2006(both tv appearance and after show performance) but in the highest quality available. Maybe even some bonus material (Ed singing Black with the Late band and Heart To Hang Onto with Pete Townsend)... is there a dvd like this out there?

I would assume it's on the 6-disc (?) TV appearance DVD set. It's seperated by year though.
