Ashley Simpson lip sinks, i almost pissed myself, her vocals started playing way too early and she walked off the stage, she started dancing like an idiot for a few seconds, hoping they would stop playing the vocals but they kept playing them.

See you know that she's embarassed but she really shouldn't be because she had no talent to live up to in the first place.

Wow, I thought I would be the first person to post about this. Well, she OBVIOUSLY was lip synching the first song (pieces of me). On the West Coast, for the second song, they actually muted the vocal track (that they messed up on) so all you saw was her dancing around like a weirdo, and the band playing some instrumental stuff, and she walked off stage, and then they put up the SNL commercial picture with Jude Law posing for a minute, and then it just went to commercial. I didn't realize that they had muted her vocal track until I read your post, so I just thought she had lost her mind.

Hmm, I just watched the MPG download. The plot thickens. Initially the band was playing a different song which I don't recognize. Then when they heard the audio track for Pieces of Me, they seemed to start playing that song. I don't know why she couldn't tell them "hey morons, can you stop playing this song" unless someone off stage told her that the vocal track was fucked up for the 2nd song so they were just improvising. At first I thought they were "band-syncing" too and just pretending to play the instruments, but they seemed pretty live to me.

I'm willing to bet after she walked off stage she just started bawling. At least Britney has been fortunate enough not to have that happen to her when she lip syncs.
