That Stone thread has a unique discussion worthy of a thread separate from the Stone's bitches thread. This is like the time you merged all those backspacer threads into the one.

I agree. It was a thread specifically praising Stone's guitar skills, it should stay.
That Stone's Bitches thread is basically just general chit-chat for 1000+ pages, it's like Across the Atlantic. I would never check it because I assume it's just random blathering and not actually about Stone - this was a proper, dedicated "Stone is a shit hot guitarist" thread.
PS: Can you move/delete Across the Atlantic instead? That'd be grand.

The bitches thread is a pseudo community in the way that the GDC was in GD or the Across The Atlantic thread is here. That thread was to specifically discuss his lead guitar contributions and differences with mike.

Why is it such a big deal if there are multiple threads that have potential to address the same topics? The idea that someone should search the entire board (or worse, already be familiar with everything that's on it) to see if any given subject has once been discussed in its five-plus year history is one of the dumbest fucking notions I've ever come into contact with.
Seriously, it doesn't seem like any of the threads that devolve into bitchfests about how bad PJ's bootlegs sound post-Eliason (which surely account for more content on this board than discussions of Stone's lead-playing abilities) get locked and dumped into one pointless-to-try-and-navigate mega-thread. Why do it for a thread that appears to legitimately be on the verge of becoming an interesting discussion? Doesn't it seem like any shred of valuable discussion would be worth retaining around here?

I'll defer judgement to stip, but I'm gonna lock this thread in a minute for being off topic.
