And he's raped like 9 women. So obviously the news stories are talking about it like crazy, giving those common pointers
"dont go out at night alone" and things like that. He is taking his victims off the bus stop.

So they interviewed these two women, they apparently were hanging out, and one was going to take the bus home that evening..
the other suggested
"you can't catch the bus, stay the night, and get on it early- Like 11 o'clock."
