how will you be listening to your LOXL?
do you still like to physically see/touch/read your music format?
does it feel real to you to have your music like above?
or do you d/load your music onto your machine? search for the album artwork.have a little thumbnail thingy pic to stare at?

it'd be interesting to hear your choice

I still like to see/touch/read my music while listening.

I still buy CDs, and I buy loads of them. I don't download, except in very very rare occasions. I rip the CDs into my itunes for portability obviously.

Do you have a separate section in there for your PJ vinyl or is it just all mixed in there?

Bands are grouped together but they're not in much of a cohesive order. Top right square is more modern stuff, with Pearl Jam all the way on the right. Top left is older stuff that gets listened to frequently, with REM all the way to the right on that one. Bottom left is mostly stuff I got from my folks that I like having but don't often listen to. The few on the bottom right are the ones my roommate had in his basement. Except for his Beastie Boys, which is lumped in with mine.

Me too.

The day comes that I can buy lossless files on iTunes, I'll happily buy stuff from there.

For now, I buy CD's of stuff I really love or download FLACs illegally - I don't do MP3, even on my iPod.
