Hi Everyone,
We're pleased to announce that our fifth album will be coming out this April. It has six songs and its called Take Care, Take Care, Take Care. It was recorded on a pecan ranch in West Texas by our good friend and frequent collaborator John Congleton. Esteban Rey did the artwork. The music on it feels different than anything else we've done before and we're very excited for you to hear it.
Anyway, here is the track list:
1. Last Known Surroundings
2. Human Qualities
3. Trembling Hands
4. Be Comfortable, Creature
5. Postcard from 1952
6. Let Me Back In
And here are the release dates:
UK (April 18th)
Europe (April 25th)
US and Canada (April 26th)
Thanks for caring and we hope to see a lot of you this year.

waiting for a good rip, but hoping this is better than the last one.
i doubt they'll ever touch 'The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead' place or 'Those Who Tell the Truth Shall Die, Those Who Tell the Truth Shall Live Forever' though.
Explosions In The Sky's new album Take Care, Take Care, Take Care has debuted at #16 on the Billboard Top 200, selling approximately 19,000 units since its April 26 release on Temporary Residence Ltd. In addition to being the highest new entry on this week's chart, Take Care... nearly doubles the first week sales of the band's previous album, 2007's All Of A Sudden I Miss Everyone which did just over 11,000 in its first seven days, debuting at #78. Additionally, Take Care... was the #1 selling vinyl LP and #3 selling independent release in the country in its debut week.
