HELP! THEY'VE SHUT OFF OUR INTERNET

I WAS BACKPACKING THROUGH CAIRO ON A MIDDLE-EASTERN WI-FI TOUR, SO IT WAS LIKE I NEVER LEFT PHILLY.

NOW I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH MY TRAVEL AGENT TO FIND OUT WHERE I'M SUPPOSED TO BE GOING NEXT, OR HOW TO GET OUT OF HERE

I was only able to post this because WIFI DOG SPOTTED ME A SIGNAL FOR A FEW MINUTES, YES SAME ONE FROM NEWS ARITICLE:
