A couple months ago I pressed charges against a student, and the court ordered him to write me an apology letter. I'm pretty stoked to see what kind of passive aggressiveness it contains. I'll also be surprised to see if it'll be made up of coherent sentences.

I kicked the kid out of my class because after multiple requests of him to do something, he wouldn't do anything.
After class I tried to talk to him and he tried to back me into a corner (dude's twice my size), and balled his fist. He told me he wanted to punch me so bad because I'm a "stupid little annoying motherfucker."
I pressed charges against him for threatening a teacher.

I disagree with him threatening violence but tell me why should he have been bothering with whatever you were teaching? If I had kids that didn't wanna work I would just say ok you can leave. Go discover yourself, because I know that whatever doctrine I was forcing down their throats wouldn't be immortal.
