They didn't do as well as they could have outlining the bigger picture. They only glossed over the complicity of the academic community, the media, and the world's central banks. The real story is the incestuousness of the banking community, the politicians, and the monetary authorities.
Don't get me wrong; I'm glad that folks who otherwise wouldn't be interested in or understand the material are watching this. But the producers had an opportunity to really hit it out of the park. They settled for a ground-rule double.
