I really wish immigrant song and run rabbit run would have been remastered and would've appeared on WTLO. Besides those 2 are there any other punk-like killers that didn't make it to WTLO or any other official release??
I'm going to sleep, (I live in the middle East), so good night to everyone,

It's a sprawling mess. One of the worst representations of a band's unreleased output that I can think of. The list of reasons why it sucks is so enormous, we'd be here all day reading it. Basically, everyone involved with putting it together gets a huge FAIL .

I honestly would have preferred a 1CD catch-all compilation of already released non-album stuff--"Oh, the Guilt," "I Hate Myself and Want to Die," "Verse Chorus Verse," B-sides, etc. Superfan tendencies notwithstanding, I can't get over feeling like selling bootleg-quality demos at full retail price is a questionable practice.

This doesn't have to do with WTLO, but I just received this afternoon my order from amazon. A double disc 60 song punk compilation called "peace/war". Very good punk from around the world. Originally released in 1984. Has excellent Italian hardcore, Scandinavian as well (mob 47 if anybody recognizes) and very vulgar japanese songs. As a true Nirvana fan who can listen to any nirvana song except for dumb and something in the way, this collection is just awesome.

this is pretty much how i feel about it. there is maybe 1 disc of listenable material on the whole thing. no cohesion whatsoever and it feels completely thrown together. the packaging design was nice and it's a cool thing to have as a sort of retrospective archive of demo material but it falls completely flat as an actual listening experience.
Some awful stuff on there for sure, but the package was pretty cool. But the thing that makes it tolerable is you could get it most places for 30 to 40 bucks, which isn't too bad considering some bands like to triple or quadruple that for rereleases of albums w/o adding very much new.
