one of the better debut albums so far this year no question. absolutely blows her previous Metropolis EP away.

i've seen her live twice now and she's just f'n amazing in person... i havea feeling this girl is gonna be big sooner rather than later.

there's a couple missteps on the record, but for an album that runs 18 tracks that's not too bad of a track record.

I love the new video for Tightrope. Hell of a song, also.

I'm looking forward to picking up the album tomorrow.

This is really good  First time in a while an album has legitimately surprised me. It just goes in so many directions, often in the same song. Everybody should check this out.

Listening to this right now. Pretty blown away by her voice. A lot of the music isn't quite my style but it's quite well done. Just at the halfway mark and hoping it slows down a bit. Liked the last song a lot (Oh, Maker).

Saw her tonight with Erykah Badu in Chicago; she was outstanding. Cold War into Tightrope to end the set, in particular was really awesome.

Oh, Maker is maybe my fave. :luv:

Some songs work better than others, but I'm just really surprised to see an album this experimental on a major label. Good to see all of their expensive studios, musicians and production techniques finally put to good use.

I was given this by a friend a few weeks ago. I just now got around to really checking it out. Absolutely fantastic.

For me it's an album that I'm more impressed by than I enjoy, if that makes sense. Although some of the songs are really great when I'm in the right mood.
