Define "won". Don't you have to have an objective to actually win something?
The objective I guess in this case is for Gadaffi to leave. Well he said no. So, either the rebels kill him..."preferred" or US/nato bombs kill him and we cover it up internationally to say that rebels actually killed him you know to disuade personal attacks on our own despot.
What is interesting to me is that all these other wealthy western nations who "care" so much about Libya that they want to enforce a no fly zone are not doing dick becuase it's expensive meanwhile the country that gives out 60 billion dollars a year in foreign aid when it's 14 trillion in debt takes up the cause against a country we don't particularly give two shits about.

Those rebels are not the most competent bunch around, even with all the bombing done by the allies, Gaddafi troops still advance over them. This is what happens when the population is isolated from guns, they lack ammo and accuracy to revolt properly.
Fuck it, just bomb Gaddafi already.
